The Pequoig Hotel is an historic former hotel building on Main Street in Athol, Massachusetts. The four story brick building was built in 1894, and originally housed retail stores on the ground floor and had 130 guest rooms on the upper floors. The hotel operated until the 1950s, and then sat vacant until it was converted into a senior living facility in 1982.

The was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
